Esport game center - Prodigy

This project comes from a client brief to open an Esport game center in Madrid. I worked on the user research part to define the needs and expectation of the potential users.

 

The objective was to figure out the existing types of users and define our target. We interviewed users and experts in psychology, sports coach and Esport workers for qualitative information. Understand the ecosystem was also needed to know whom to involve in our project and make the links after all the interviews. Online survey help us to reach more people as Esport is event more known in Asia and America.

 

My empathy approach leads me to map the current journey of the amateur gamers and understand their feeling. 

In a team, we figure out how to tackle this segment and worked on a user experience of the space.

 

All aspects of the space have been considered in an innovative way to propose the first game center in Madrid opened to amateurs as well as the pro who want to be trained by coaches and put them in the real context of a tournament.
