LES RELAIS SOLIDAIRES

As part of its creation as a Solidarity Economy Group (GES), the Relais Solidaires company asked the Compagnie Générale des Autres to lead a working seminar with the team on cohesion.

In order to support the Relais Solidaires in their approach we first took time to understand their needs and issues. The idea was to open up the discussion on the GES without going into details as this would be for another workshop.

We gathered people into a learning trio to exchange in team while creating a collective dynamic. They were asked to share their personal pride and individual strengths.

The world café was the following activity, allowing everyone to add their ideas on 3 different thematics and to write on a project sheet their solutions.

In the afternoon directors joined the board.

We summarized the morning proposals and the key moments of LES RELAIS SOLIDAIRES.

The objective was to talk about identity: who you are and where you want to go?

The time table below is the result highlighting the key past moments common to all and those hoped for, future ones.

The idea is to allow everyone to project themselves and agree on the future objectives.
